Zoelene is a mixed-methods researcher. She is interested in building equitable early care and education systems by conducting research with parents, caretakers, and teachers, to learn what programs and policies they want to support their care for and work with young children. Zoelene is also interested in working with communities that are marginalized to learn, build, and uplift models of sustainable parent/caretaker engagement and empowerment.
